I found a recipe for Prosciutto, Mozzarella and Mango Salad in a magazine about 15 years ago. So much time has passed since then! I even managed to lose the original recipe in the meantime, but I still make this delicious salad.
There are many reasons why it is among my favourite salad recipes: it requires few ingredients, it is incredibly easy to make, light, delicious and it looks fantastic. It can be served as a starter individually plated for each guest or on a big platter to share as a part of a buffet. And the dressing is delightful, too!
