My name is Agnieszka, and I am a mum of beautiful twin daughters, a wife, an entrepreneur and a foodie. And it is the love for yummy food that motivated me to write this blog.

Delicious Food

My adventure with cooking began when I was a few years old and made sandwiches with strawberries for Sunday breakfast.

Sadly, I cannot remember how well my parents received them. However, I know that the cakes I started baking a few years later were always a hit. 

When my baking extended to cooking, it became the passion that I cultivated in practice and theory. That is why, over the years, I have collected loads of recipes for yummy food.

So finally, I wanted to sort them out for myself and the next generation. And this is when the idea of writing a culinary blog with recipes occurred. 

Healthy Lifestyle

Then I took part in Coursera’s “Nutrition and Physical Health” course. It broadened and systemized my knowledge on this very subject.

It also made me realize I would like to write about topics other than food only. So I decided to include articles about a healthy lifestyle; healthy but balanced, I mean, with a bit of a twist.

And this is what you will find on my blog: delicious recipes for very healthy food as well as for truly scrumptious courses.

The latter is not necessarily the healthiest, but I believe that life is too short to deny yourself everything all the time.

I am also inspired to create yummy recipes for healthier (often plant-based and gluten-free) versions of family favourites.

Apart from recipes for delish food, I also include here interesting information and useful tips on why and how to be fit, healthier and hopefully happier too 🙂
