Spinach and Pineapple Smoothie

A delicious and healthy green smoothie, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

- 50 g spinach
- 150 ml apple juice
- 150 g pineapple pieces
- 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
Place all the ingredients except for the chia in a blender and process till smooth.
Stir in the chia seeds, if using.
