Spinach and Pineapple Smoothie

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g spinach
  • 150 ml apple juice
  • 150 g pineapple pieces
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

Instructions
 

  • Place all the ingredients except for the chia in a blender and process till smooth.
  • Stir in the chia seeds, if using.
