prosciutto ham
thorn into pieces

pears
peeled and thinly sliced

Gorgonzola cheese
broken into small pices

handfuls
pecans
chopped (you can also use walnuts)

tbsp
olive oil

tbsp
lemon juice
0.5-1
tbsp
maple syrup
Instructions
Divide the rocket between two plates.
Arrange on them the prosciutto, pear slices, Gorgonzola pieces and pecans.
To make a dressing mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and maple syrup, season.
Sprinkle the dressing on the salad and serve.
