Pear and Gorgonzola Salad with Pecans

Ingredients
  

  • 50 g rocket
  • 6 slices prosciutto ham thorn into pieces
  • 2 pears peeled and thinly sliced
  • 50 g Gorgonzola cheese broken into small pices
  • 2 handfuls pecans chopped (you can also use walnuts)
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 0.5-1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions
 

  • Divide the rocket between two plates.
  • Arrange on them the prosciutto, pear slices, Gorgonzola pieces and pecans.
  • To make a dressing mix together the olive oil, lemon juice and maple syrup, season.
  • Sprinkle the dressing on the salad and serve.
