Spinach Salad with Strawberries and Asparagus

Delicious and refreshing salad with spinach, strawberries and asparagus.

  • 500 g white or green asparagus
  • 80 g fresh spinach
  • 200 g strawberries sliced,
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tsp honey
  • salt and pepper.


  • Boil a pan of salted water.
  • Remove woody ends from the asparagus, peel, if you are using the white asparagus, and cut the stalks into 3-4 pieces.
  • Put the asparagus pieces in the boiling salted water and cook for 3 min. Immediately transfer to a bowl with ice cold water, keep there for 2-3 minutes, drain well.
  • Arrange the spinach, strawberry slices and the asparagus on a serving plate.
  • Mix the olive oil, the vinegar and the sauce, season and pour over the salad.
